Hi, I'm Zoey
A wife, daughter, dog person, coffee enthusiast, and the founder of Ina Niyaro Support.
My professional journey has taken a few turns.
I spent ten years working as an ICU and ER nurse in Taiwan, where I learned to stay calm under pressure, communicate with different people, and solve problems when things didn't go according to plan.
After moving to Australia in 2016, I transitioned into procurement and sales operations. Different industries, different environments, but I realised something interesting.
Deep down, I still think I'm a nurse.
Not in a hospital anymore, but in business.
Instead of caring for patients, I help care for the health of operations.
I enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, connecting the dots between people and processes, and helping businesses avoid unnecessary chaos. The calm approach, attention to detail, and medical-grade reliability I learned in healthcare continue to shape how I work today.
Whether it's sales support, improving workflows, documenting processes, or supporting onboarding and cross-functional coordination, I believe small details matter because they often affect the bigger picture.
Why Ina Niyaro?
I am originally from Taitung, Taiwan, and I'm Amis (阿美族), one of the Indigenous peoples of Taiwan.
My heritage has taught me the importance of family, community, and looking after one another.
"Ina" means mother , and "Niyaro" represents village and community.
To me, the name reflects support, care, and nurturing the people and communities around us so they can thrive.
That philosophy is also how I approach my work.
Not simply completing tasks, but helping businesses create more clarity, better systems, and a stronger foundation for growth.
Because I believe business owners shouldn't have to carry everything themselves.
Sometimes they just need someone who can bring calm, organisation, and support behind the scenes.
And maybe that's the nurse in me. Just in a different environment.
Different industries, different environments, but the heart behind my work hasn't changed: bringing calm, creating clarity, and supporting others along the way.
Because meaningful change doesn't always happen through big transformations.
More often, it's found in the small improvements, thoughtful support, and steady progress we make over time.
