Frequently asked questions
Ina Niyaro works with small businesses that have a growing team, more moving parts, or operational work that is becoming harder to manage. You might already have people, systems and processes in place, but need more clarity around how the work happens - or practical support to keep important work moving.
A simple way to think about it is:Ongoing support helps with the work.If you already know the work needs to be done, but you need additional support to keep things organised, coordinated and moving, ongoing support may be the right place to start. The Operations Clarity Package helps with the way we work.If one important workflow is creating confusion, delays or unnecessary work - or you want to prepare it for growth - OCP may be a better fit.If you’re unsure, we can talk through what’s happening in your business and work out the most practical place to start.
Operations Clarity Package (OCP) focuses on one agreed priority workflow or business process from beginning to end. That might be how a customer order moves from purchase order to invoice, how work is handed over after a sale, how a new employee is onboarded, or another important workflow that needs more clarity. The starting point is the business need; then we define a practical scope together.
The Operations Clarity Package typically takes 6–8 weeks from start to finish. The timeframe depends on the workflow we’re working on and the availability of the people involved.
Ongoing support is available across two areas:Sales Support: practical support with activities such as quotes, orders, customer and supplier coordination, delivery follow-up, sales records and related administration.IT & Technology Business Administration Support: support with the business administration around technology, such as purchasing and order administration, licences and renewals, asset records, business-system updates and cross-team coordination.
Most project and ongoing support work is completed outside standard business hours and on weekends. We’ll agree on how and when we work together before we begin, including any meetings, communication and expected response times. This working model suits businesses that are comfortable with planned and asynchronous support, rather than work requiring immediate daytime availability.
We’ll start with a conversation about what’s happening in your business, what you need help with and what you’re trying to achieve. From there, we can work out whether ongoing support, the Operations Clarity Package, or another next step makes the most sense for your situation. If we decide to work together, we’ll agree on the scope, expectations and next steps before any work begins. The first step is simply a conversation.
